CYCLING WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK: This edition of "Cycling Workouts for the Week" from John Howard will give you this week's workouts to prepare for 103 miles, 66 miles and 37 miles at the San Diego Century Bicycle Tour on May 22, 2010.
